2. What data we collect

• Contact details: full name, phone / WhatsApp number and email.
• Investment interest: the answers you choose in our forms (goal, approximate budget, timeline, project of interest).
• Conversations: messages exchanged with us or our virtual assistant on WhatsApp, and the appointments you book.
• Browsing and campaign data: IP address, device and browser, pages visited and the campaign or ad you came from (e.g. UTM parameters), collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Meta lead forms: if you fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the details you confirm.

We do not request sensitive data or data from minors.

3. How we use your data

1. To send you the information you request (brochure, prices, payment plan, project details).
2. To contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email and arrange a call or video call with our team.
3. To assess which projects suit you based on your answers.
4. To follow up on your interest, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
5. To measure and improve our advertising campaigns and websites.
6. To comply with legal obligations applicable to real estate activity in the UAE.

Virtual assistant: some WhatsApp conversations are handled by Clara, our AI-powered virtual assistant, which uses your details to answer you and book appointments. You can ask to speak with a person from our team at any time.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (given when you submit a form or message us), steps taken at your request before a contract, our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our campaigns, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers acting on our instructions (our CRM and automation platform HighLevel, Meta Platforms – Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp –, scheduling and video-call tools, and AI providers that power our virtual assistant); with property developers only when you move forward with a reservation or purchase; and with public authorities when required by law.

6. International transfers

We are based in the UAE and some providers operate in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from the European Union, your data will be transferred outside the EEA, using appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where available, and with your consent when you send us your details.

7. Retention

We keep your data while we are in contact with you and for a maximum of 24 months after your last interaction, unless you become a client or the law requires longer retention. If you unsubscribe, we stop contacting you immediately.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@visionariashome.com, or reply "STOP" to any of our WhatsApp messages. EU residents may lodge a complaint with their data protection authority. In the UAE we apply the Federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

9. Cookies

We use technical cookies required for the site and forms to work, and measurement and advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel. You can manage or block cookies in your browser and adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and only team members who need it to assist you have access.
